- Free is $0, forever, with no card: your callout page and booking emails, plus planning and costing your work, and invoicing the businesses that send you work. Aimee Pro is $20/month for one owner, the booking plan: unlimited bookings from your free callout page and booking link, and an AI front desk for AI agents, with fair use of 30 questions an hour and 200 a day. Email notices; no live phone, and Aimee does not talk to your customers. Quotes and invoices for work you win are on Mango Max. A one-time $5 activation starts a 60-day phone trial, then Mango Max is $200 every 30 days for one owner: Aimee talks to your customers on live phone and text, plus quotes and invoices for your own work. It includes 50 bookings; $500 is unlimited. Mango Team is from $499: everything in Max, plus crew and extra users with no per-seat charge.
- What do I need to sign up?
- You need a working email address and mobile number. You must accept the terms before we create your account.
- How does verification work?
- We email you a link to confirm your address. During setup we also verify your mobile number before your page can go live.
- How long does signup take?
- Most owners finish account creation in a few minutes. Setting up your shop and publishing usually takes about ten to fifteen minutes if you have your business details ready.
- Can an AI agent sign me up via MCP?
- Yes. An AI agent can use the public MCP at https://mangodesk.app/mcp with owner.start, owner.register, owner.continue, owner.set_shop, owner.set_service, and owner.publish. The owner still has to confirm the email link themselves before the account is fully active.
- How does account recovery work?
- On the sign-in page, enter your email for a login link. If you set a password, you can also request a reset link from account settings. If delivery fails, contact us through https://mangodesk.app/contact.
